Subtlety Rogue

DPS Rotation

Shadowlands brought back poisons for all rogue specializations. Use Deadly Poison (Lethal) and Crippling Poison (Non-Lethal.)

As a rogue, you'll be building then spending combo points while utilizing cooldowns as they come available.

Building Combo Points

1. Shadowstrike (if available)
2. Gloomblade (if talented) or Backstab

If fighting multiple targets, prioritize Shuriken Storm over Shadowstrike

Spending Combo Points

Be sure to spend combo points when at 4 or more using the following priority:

1. Slice and Dice (Maintain)
2. Rupture (Maintain)
3. (if have talent) Secret Technique (On CD)
4. Eviscerate

If you talented for Deeper Stratagem than you can spend combo points at 5+ instead.

If fighting multiple targets, you can prioritize applying Rupture on additional targets (ones that will survive the full duration) higher than using Eviscerate.

Cooldowns

• Symbols of Death Use on CD.

• Marked for Death If talented, use when <= 1 Combo Point or if the target is almost dead.

• Shadow Blades Use on CD with Symbols of Death

• Shuriken Tornado If talented, stack with Shadow Dance and Symbols of Death.
