Shadow Priest

Single Target DPS Rotation

When fighting one target, use the following priority while in Shadowform:

1. Void Eruption
2. Devouring Plague
3. Shadow Word: Death (If target is <20% health)
4. Void Bolt
5. Mindbender or Shadowfiend (On CD)
6. Shadow Word: Pain (Keep up)
7. Vampiric Touch (Keep up)
8. (if talent taken) Shadow Crash (On CD)
9. Mind Blast
10. (if talent talent) Void Torrent
11. Mind Flay (When nothing else to do)

AoE DPS Rotation

When fighting 3+ targets, use the following priority while in Shadowform:

1. Void Eruption
2. Searing Nightmare
3. Void Bolt
4. Mindbender or Shadowfiend (On CD)
5. Mind Blast
6. (if talent taken) Shadow Crash
7. Mind Sear (When nothing else to do)

If you have talents Misery or Twist of Fate, also try and maintain DoTs (Shadow Word: Pain, Vampiric Touch) on as many targets possible. If you have Searing Nightmare, be sure to keep Vampiric Touch on up to 4 targets.

Important Cooldowns

Be sure to utilize the following cooldowns, too!

• Vampiric Embrace
• Shadowfiend
• Voidform
• Dispersion
• Fade
• Power Word: Shield
• Silence
• Shadow Mend
